“Took too long to check in on Friday night, there should have been more than one person checking in guests on a busy weekend. Staff was lacking throughout our stay. I did not see one housekeeper the entire weekend. Our room was adequate, but there was black mold around the shower, products on the wall were half empty, a dog toy under the bed (which indicates a lack of attention to vacuuming), and most of the USB outlets did not work. I booked two rooms, one of which had a strong urine smell and...

“Wonderful hotel. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff from front desk to manager to restaurant servers were all excellent and helpful.”

“The staff were helpful and hotel was clean. The breakfast was not very good. They also have a policy that no one within a 55 mile radius can stay at this hotel. Their reasoning was sound but would def make sure you live far enough away. We were from Richmond and they almost didn't let us stay.”

“The stay was very average. Positives is it is a beautiful complex with trails and access to the sports complex. Negatives are that they ran out of towels for one of the days at both the pool and in our room, spider webs on the balcony railings and chairs, found items in our room that were not ours and left from prior stays, and the pool was very underwhelming (no towels, pool bar closed, and not nearly enough chairs).”
